Inbound and outbound routing configured per number and per team: sales lines, service lines, dispatch coordination. Calls land with the person who owns the outcome, and the record follows the call.

Live transcription and in-call guidance

Calls are transcribed as they happen, where recording is enabled and consent is in place. During the call, your human agent can receive quiet, real-time prompts: the caller's history, an owed callback, a commitment about to be repeated. These are visible only to your side.

Voice agents

Voice AI agents, operator-approved

AI voice agents can answer routine calls, take structured messages and handle first-line queries. Every action a voice agent proposes (a callback, an outbound call, a message to a customer) requires explicit human operator approval before it happens. Nothing here is autonomous.

Memory & search

Conversation memory your business can search

Every consented conversation becomes part of a per-caller memory: what was discussed, what was promised, what changed since last time. Search your call history the way you would search email: by caller, by commitment, by date.

Conversation records are held in an open, portable, industry-standard format, so your conversation history belongs to your business and can leave with it. Voice data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-organisation isolation and configurable retention.
